As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury.  Also for those who are pregnant or have just had your baby, i'm a qualified Ante natal and Post Natal Instructor .

You will be able to choose from a wide array of existing training options, or  I will design your own.

I Make Getting fitter and healthier interesting.  Exercise should not be a chore, it should be about embracing why you are there, educating you to understanding the importance of correct technique to improve movement, strength, mobility and health. It must also be fun.

I'm now in my 50's with over 25 years In the fitness industry, I love my job and love teaching classes and clients and seeing how much they enjoy their training.
